1. General Policy

India SMM offers intangible, irrevocable services. Once an order is placed and the service delivery has commenced, we generally do not issue refunds. We encourage users to carefully review service descriptions and consider placing small orders first to test our services.

Funds added to your India SMM account wallet are non-refundable and must be used for purchasing services on our platform.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the service as described and within a reasonable timeframe after the order was placed, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund for the undelivered portion of the service.
  • Service Not As Described (Major Discrepancy): If the service delivered is significantly different from what was described on our website, and we cannot rectify the discrepancy, a refund may be issued. Minor variations in service delivery do not typically qualify for a refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order or fund addition due to a technical glitch, the duplicate charge will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after placing an order.
  • The service was delivered, but you are not satisfied with the results (e.g., engagement levels, follower quality, unless it significantly deviates from the service description).
  • Your social media account was suspended, banned, or removed by the platform for reasons unrelated to our service delivery or for violating their terms of service.
  • You provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong link, private account when public was required) that prevented service delivery.
  • Service delivery was delayed due to platform updates, server issues, or other factors beyond our direct control, provided the service is eventually delivered.
  • Partial delivery is completed, and you request a refund for the delivered portion.
  • Drop in followers/likes/views after the refill period (if applicable) has expired.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@india-smm.org within 7 days of the order placement or issue occurrence. Please provide your username, order ID, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).

Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or your India SMM account wallet, at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the permanent suspension of your India SMM account and a ban from using our services in the future. We encourage you to work with our support team to resolve any issues.

6. Policy Changes

India SMM reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
